High Pressure Regulators
Pressure Tech high pressure range features piston-sensed pressure regulators with precision machined and fully supported sensor elements to cover pressure ranges up to 1,034 bar (15,000 psi). These regulators are primarily used on oxygen, carbon dioxide, natural gas, methane, ammonia, argon, nitrogen and helium applications. Combined sensor and spring options allow low torque adjustment with accurate and repeatable control. They are available in 316SS and brass, with the option of parts degreased to G93 for use on oxygen service. Port sizes from 1/8″ to 3/8″.

High Flow Pressure Regulators
The high-flow range includes diaphragm or piston-sensed regulators with port sizes ranging from 1/2″ to 3″, and threaded or flanged connections. Pressure control options up to 10 bar (145 psi) with a diaphragm or up to 210 bar (3,045 psi) with a piston. Also available with spring-loaded or dome-loaded to minimise the droop effect on the regulator.

Back Pressure Regulators
A back pressure regulator accurately controls the inlet pressures to any process. The range from Pressure Tech covers port sizes from 1/8″ to 2″ and control pressures from 0.1 bar (2 psi) to 690 bar (10,000 psi) on gas or liquid applications. The designs provide accurate and repeatable shut-off due to the large sensing area and minimised loading on the seating area.

Hydrogen Fuel Cell Pressure Regulators
The fuel cell requires a pressure regulator with a range of features to provide accurate and stable control under varying operating conditions. Why is this so important? Without the protection of a high quality pressure regulator, pressure spikes can have potentially devastating consequences on the fuel cell.
The range from Pressure Tech includes back pressure and forward reducing regulators for applications such as drones, forklifts, refuelling stations, buses/trucks and electrolysers. This includes the EC79 approved AUTO438 regulator and TPED approved CV414-SC cylinder valve.

Diving Pressure Regulators
Pressure Tech diving regulators are cleaned to ASTM G93 Level C, for use on for BIBS, hyperbaric chambers, diving bells, control panels and analyser systems. From the standard range to bespoke solutions, we work in partnership with our customers to design and manufacture forward reducing, back pressure and biased pressure regulators. Designed and manufactured in the UK and to the very highest quality, Pressure Tech regulators offer full traceability on all machined parts.

Subsea Pressure Regulators
Designed to operate subsea at depths of up to 3,000m (10,000ft), the subsea pressure regulators from Pressure Tech can either use the external seawater pressure as a reference pressure, or alternatively, they can be completely sealed to operate at topside ambient pressure conditions, thus, are completely unaffected by external pressure conditions. A version of the regulator is also available with a ‘bucket handle’ to allow subsea adjustment by ROVs. We also have an electric-actuated option which enables remote control of the regulator for applications such as subsea where manual adjustments are difficult or time-consuming.
