Pipe Fittings
Hy-Lok precision machined pipe fittings are used for instrumentation and process control. Standard materials are 316SS, brass and carbon steel. Sizes range from 1/8” to 2”.

Medium Pressure Fittings
Complete range of elbows, tees and crosses available for all connection sizes. All sizes available up to 20,000 psi. May be disassembled and retightened indefinitely. 1/8″, 1/4″ and 9/16″ tubing O.D.

Hy-Lok Clean Fittings
For ultra-high purity applications, weld fittings are electro-polished and packed in triple vinyl bags. Face seal fittings are surface finished to Ra 0.25 µ m (Ra 10 µ in) standards to prevent leaks in high vacuum and positive pressure applications. Clean fittings are double packaged in anti-static polyethylene bags that have been purified by nitrogen gas, all within a class 10 cleanroom environment.

ZCO O-Ring Face Seal Fittings
Made up of three basic components: Female nut, gland and body. The body contains a viton o-ring which is standard. Other o-ring materials are available on request.
