Hy-Lok tube fittings feature a two-ferrule design that compensates for tolerances in tube O.D. and range in tube size from 1/16″ to 2″ (2 mm to 38 mm).

Complete range of elbows, tees and crosses available for all connection sizes. All sizes available up to 20,000 psi. May be disassembled and retightened indefinitely. 1/8″, 1/4″ and 9/16″ tubing O.D.

Hy-Lok Clean Fittings
For ultra-high purity applications, weld fittings are electro-polished and packed in triple vinyl bags. Face seal fittings are surface finished to Ra 0.25 µ m (Ra 10 µ in) standards to prevent leaks in high vacuum and positive pressure applications. Clean fittings are double packaged in anti-static polyethylene bags that have been purified by nitrogen gas, all within a class 10 cleanroom environment.

T Series Trunnion Ball Valves
Pressure rating to 10,000 psi. Temperature rating from -17°C to 121°C with standard seat material. Rugged body construction is machined from barstock and available in 2-way (shut-off) and 3-way (switching) patterns. Compact design with maximum flow and low operating torque. Spring loaded seats ensure positive sealing in pressure and temperature cycling. PEEK stem bearing is standard. Blowout-proof trunnion ball with PTFE coating standard. Size range from 1/8″ to 1/2″. End connections include Hy-Lok tube fittings, male/female NPT and ISO threads. Body material 316SS.
