DIN 2353

Hy-Lok DIN 2353 is available in brass, carbon steel and stainless steel with a size range of 4 mm to 42 mm combined with a wide selection of configurations.

Medium Pressure Fittings

Complete range of elbows, tees and crosses available for all connection sizes. All sizes available up to 20,000 psi. May be disassembled and retightened indefinitely. 1/8″, 1/4″ and 9/16″ tubing O.D.

Hy-Lok Tube Fittings

Hy-Lok tube fittings feature a two-ferrule design that compensates for tolerances in tube O.D. and range in tube size from 1/16″ to 2″ (2 mm to 38 mm).

Instrumentation Tubing

Instrumentation tubing in 316SS, super duplex and hasteloy-c.
Quality according to ASTMA 269. Sizes from 1/16″ to 2″ (3 mm to 50 mm).

DBB Valves from Hy-Lok

Applications: Primary isolation, sampling, chemical injection.
Features: Two ball One needle (OS & Y). Stainless steel, duplex, A105. Savings on space, weight, installation and cost. Increased safety. Easy installation and maintenance. PEEK or PCTFE seats. Fire safety designed to API 607/6FA.
Maximum operating pressure: Class 2500(6000 psig) @ 100℉(38℃).
Operating temperature range:
PEEK seat: -65℉(-54℃) to 400℉(205℃).
PCTFE seat: -22℉(-30℃) to 356℉(180℃).

Winters Pressure Gauges

Winters pressure gauges are available in a variety of materials and connections, as well as pressure ranges. Product offering is comprehensive to ensure that there is a pressure instrument for every market. For custom or OEM products.

3 Ported Directional Control Valves from BIS Valves

The 3B series of 2 position 3 ported directional control valves are available for use on a wide range of media, from gases to sea water and many difficult and hazardous chemicals and fluids. Using a balanced poppet design, actuation of these valves is completely independent from the main line pressures, making switching reliable and consistent. With a vent chamber between the main ports and the pilot system, different pilot and main line fluids may be used without fear of accidental mixing or contamination. Various actuation methods are available, including hydraulic and pneumatic pilots, levers and cams.

Solenoid Valves from BIS Valves

Direct acting 2 position 3 port solenoid actuated valves for use as pilot valves and for single stage operation with flows up to 15 l/min. A number of solenoid thrusters are available, including industrial enclosures; subsea designs and ATEX approved solenoids for use in potentially explosive hazardous areas. Manufactured mostly from stainless steel, valves are available as standard ported designs or for manifold mounting, and for use with a range of media, including air and other gases, oil, water, water glycol mixes and sea water.

Hydraulic Pressure Regulators

Pressure Tech extensive range of piston-sensed hydraulic regulators feature precision machined sensing elements for control to 1,380bar (20,000psi) and self venting is available with captured vent ports. Port sizes from 1/4″ to 3/4″ and are available with ratio- or dome-loaded options.

Back Pressure Regulators

A back pressure regulator accurately controls the inlet pressures to any process. The range from Pressure Tech covers port sizes from 1/8″ to 2″ and control pressures from 0.1 bar (2 psi) to 690 bar (10,000 psi) on gas or liquid applications. The designs provide accurate and repeatable shut-off due to the large sensing area and minimised loading on the seating area.
